Welcome to Unbury. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unbury ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Unbury is a screenshot organization application that uses on-device artificial intelligence to automatically categorize and organize screenshots stored on your device. The App:

• Processes your screenshots locally on your device
• Provides AI-powered categorization and insights
• Offers both free and premium subscription features

3. User Requirements

To use Unbury, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have a compatible iOS device running iOS 17.0 or later
• Grant the App access to your photo library for screenshot organization

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your screenshots and photos. By using Unbury, you grant us permission to access and process your photos locally on your device for the sole purpose of providing the App's functionality.

We do not claim any ownership of your content. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Pro Tiers

Unbury offers both free features and optional Pro subscriptions. Pro subscriptions provide access to additional features as described in the App.

5.2 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Share your subscription with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, AI models, and content (excluding your photos), is owned by Unbury and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-powered categorization may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of screenshot classifications or insights generated by the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update features, pricing, or subscription terms with reasonable notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unbury operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
